Sales and Marketing Operations Manager (Hybrid) 

In this role, you will: 

Salesforce Administration 

  • Assume responsibility for all user and license management aspects, including new user setup, user deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules. 
  • Conduct all Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, customer settings, mobile administrations, dashboards, and reports. 
  • Create a Salesforce platform roadmap by defining priorities through liaising with stakeholders.   
  • Draft, gather, and review all technical documentation.
  • Ensure user compliance with data entry standards for accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Identify and gather requirements for translation into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. 
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features. 
  • Manage application integration and third-party suppliers. 
  • Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality and implement rules and automation as  
  • Manage user support tickets.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption; own platform changes communication to end users and stakeholders and provides new user and ongoing user training. 
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including ongoing integration and optimization of other software platforms, release update integration, and perform security reviews under oversight from Information Technology.

 Marketing Operations Support

  • Optimize the marketing technology stack to improve workflow, leverage automation, and analyze data. The Tech stack includes HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other social and web platforms.
  • Ensure data is synced seamlessly between HubSpot and Salesforce for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize and maintain an automated sales outreach process initiated in HubSpot and shared with Salesforce.
  •  Manage HubSpot user flows and setup, including list creation and segmentation, to improve engagement and maintain data hygiene standards.
  •  Set up tools to enable quality leads and automate sales processes.
  • Ensure proper utilization and training of Marketing Technology tools by all relevant teams.

 To be effective in this role, you have to:  

  • Ability to collaborate with all company levels and across all company functions. 
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools when required. 
  • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience designing scalable, best-practice
  • Proven experience in change management and governance, implementing Salesforce
    configuration changes, training end users and stakeholders, and translating requirements into technical solutions.  
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 5+ years of Salesforce hands-on
    administration experience 
  • Ability to integrate other software platforms with Salesforce (ex. HubSpot)
  • Demonstrate robust technical skills, including the ability to create dynamic lists, build journeys, and map workflows based on rules and audience behaviors.
  • Showcase experience implementing and leveraging lead scoring to automate the lead hand-off process.
  • Display robust analytics, testing, and experimentation skills, utilizing data-driven insights to shape effective strategies and campaigns.
  •  CPQ implementation and administration experience a plus.
