Yana Alicaway has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yana began their career as a CSA trainee at Cebu Air Pacific Air in 2012. Yana then worked as an Account Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) from 2013 to 2014, where they contributed to achieving industry-leading customer service ratings. Yana then served as a Care Provider at Partners For Independence from 2014 to 2016, offering social support and managing household tasks for individuals in need.

In 2015, Yana joined DoubleTree by Hilton as a Front Desk Representative, where they greeted guests, updated customer accounts, and promoted local events. Yana continued in that role until 2017. In 2016, Yana also briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at Hallmark Aviation, assisting passengers with check-ins and operating screening equipment.

From 2017 to 2018, Yana worked at Holiday Inn Express as a Front Desk Representative, where they greeted guests, managed the check-in process, and promoted local entertainment. Yana then transitioned to Virgin America as a Guest Service Representative, where they assisted guests with check-ins, account inquiries, and other services, streamlining the check-in process and operating specialized screening equipment.

Yana then joined Accenture in 2018, initially serving as an Events and Meetings Ambassador and later as an Events and Meetings Lead. In these roles, they managed events and meetings, ensuring their successful execution. Currently, Yana holds the position of Community Associate at SmartLabs, starting in 2022.

Yana Alicaway attended Centro Escolar University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management. In addition to their formal education, Yana has obtained various certifications related to remote work and professional development.
