Senior Customer Success Manager at Smartling

Kelly Stretz has a solid work experience background. Beginning in 2010, they worked at the University of Wisconsin Foundation as an Office Assistant until 2014. During the same period, starting in 2011, they also served as a Writing Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2014, Kelly joined Zeno Group as a Consumer PR Intern and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Account Executive, which they held until 2015. Kelly then joined The Language Grid in 2015 and held various positions including Trainer, Senior Trainer, and Project Coordinator until 2018. In 2019, Kelly started working at MSI Data as a Technical Business Associate and later took on roles as a Customer Success Manager and Manager of Customer Success until 2021. Currently, they are employed at Smartling as a Customer Success Manager, and in 2023, they will transition to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager.

Kelly Stretz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English, Italian, and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014.

Additionally, they pursued Italian Language and Literature studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Kelly also holds a CELTA certification with a Pass B grade from Teaching House.
