Ryan Hill

Ryan Hill has over 10 years of experience in user experience (UX) and product design. Ryan is currently working as the Director of User Experience at SmartLinx, where they are responsible for building an internal user-centered culture and defining the UX vision across B2B and B2C SaaS applications. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Product Design at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, where they managed a UX design and user research team and implemented design thinking and agile practices. Before that, they were the User Experience Manager at Maestro Health, where they established UX practices and led the design of new products. Ryan also has experience at Connecture, where they held various roles in UX design and user research, leading teams and guiding user-centered design for different products and initiatives.

Ryan Hill attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Java Programming and Website Design.
