Artur Dzięgielewski

Artur Dzięgielewski has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at SmartLunch since November 2019, where responsibilities include developing HR processes, conducting internal and external recruitment, and promoting organizational culture. Artur has also worked as an HR Manager at KS Service and Crusar Logistics, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. In addition to HR roles, Artur has contributed to various publications on HR topics and organized People Innovation, an initiative aimed at showcasing innovators in employee potential release. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Slavic Philology from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
