Emanuel Köchert has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Emanuel started their career as an intern at Harry Winston, where they gained experience in the field of top jewelry. Emanuel then went on to work as an industrial design intern at Salzburger Aluminium AG. After that, they worked as an interaction design intern at rAndom International and as a concept design intern at Schiebel.

In 2010, Emanuel joined Made in Brunel as part of the creative team, where they were involved in design exhibitions, brand identity, and marketing. Emanuel then moved on to Lazada Vietnam (Rocket Internet), where they served as the Head of Photo Production & Offline Marketing. In this role, they managed a team of 25 employees and was responsible for a variety of marketing initiatives, partnerships, and operational efficiency improvements.

Emanuel also worked at Rocket Internet SE as a business development employee, where they gained experience working with various startups in Rocket Internet's portfolio. Following that, they joined CupoNation (Rocket Internet) as the Regional Head - DACH. Emanuel led the DACH team and was involved in partnership establishment, key account management, and online marketing channels, among other responsibilities.

Most recently, Emanuel worked at Smartly.io, where they held various positions, including Business Development and Head of DACH. Emanuel eventually became the Director of Customer Success for the EMEA region, with a focus on EMEA South & Central.

Throughout their career, Emanuel has gained extensive experience in customer success, partnership management, marketing, and operations.

Emanuel Köchert completed their BA in Industrial Design & Technology from Brunel University London from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Austrian Matura degree from Ev. Gymnasium & Werkschulheim in Vienna, Austria, between 2001 and 2006. During this time, they studied subjects such as Maths, Technical Illustration, Geography & Economics, History & Politics, English, and German.
