Liga Slenge

Liga Slenge has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Chief People & Culture at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd. Prior to this, they were a Student at Rīga Stradiņš University. Liga also worked as a Business Development Manager at AGENCE and as Group HR (Baltics) at BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS. Liga has extensive experience in the beverage industry, serving as Group Human Resources Director at Amber Beverage Group and as Group HR, Member of the Board at Amber Beverage Group. Liga has also held positions at Latvijas balzams and Maxima Latvija. Earlier in their career, Liga worked at Webhelp as Head of HR and as a Client Relationship and Project Manager.

Liga Slenge holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from Rīga Stradiņš University, which was obtained from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, they completed a professional education program in the HR module at Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in 2010. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Latvijas Universitate, which they completed between 2000 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Coach from ACSTH International Coach Federation in February 2019.
