Lilija Boltovska

Lilija Boltovska has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Lilija started their career at Riga International Airport as an Aviation Security Officer, where they conducted security checks and collaborated with law enforcement authorities to ensure the safety of the airport. Lilija then joined SmartLynx Airlines and worked as a Technical Records Engineer, responsible for maintaining and reviewing important documents related to aircraft maintenance. Lilija later transitioned to the role of Technical Operations Centre Engineer, where they coordinated maintenance activities, managed occurrence reporting systems, and ensured compliance with maintenance limitations. After that, Lilija worked at Primera Air as an Airworthiness Review Staff and Compliance Monitoring Auditor, where they issued airworthiness review certificates, performed inspections and audits, and monitored compliance with regulatory standards. Lilija currently holds multiple positions at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd, including Deputy VP Technical and Head of CAMO.

Lilija Boltovska began their education in 2006 at Riga Technical University, Faculty of Transport and Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Aeronautics. Lilija pursued a professional bachelor's degree in Engineer of avionics, specializing in technical maintenance of aircraft in mechanical engineering and avionics. Lilija completed their undergraduate studies in 2010.

Following their bachelor's degree, Lilija Boltovska continued their education at Riga Technical University, Faculty of Transport and Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Aeronautics. Lilija enrolled in a professional master's degree program to further enhance their knowledge in avionics engineering. Their studies focused on the high and complex level of technical maintenance of aircraft in mechanical engineering and avionics. Lilija successfully completed their master's degree in 2012.
