Zack Birkelbach

VP, Customer Success at SmartMoving

Zack Birkelbach has over 18 years of experience in customer success roles. Zack began their career in 2003 as an Account Manager/Analyst at PFSweb. In 2005, they joined PeopleAnswers as the Director of Client Relations, which was later acquired by Infor, where they became the Vice President of Customer Success for Human Capital Management. In 2017, they joined Outmatch (now Harver) as the Chief Customer Officer, where they were responsible for the entire Customer Success organization. In 2021, they joined Life Style Plan as the Chief Customer Officer of a pre-revenue start-up, before joining SmartMoving Software in 2022 as the Vice President of Customer Success.

Zack Birkelbach completed their MBA in Organizational Management from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Business/Sports Management from Texas A&M University between 1996 and 2001.
