Tolly Tsiamas

Tolly Tsiamas has a diverse work experience that spans over 18 years. Tolly began their career as a Brokers Assistant at International Futures and Options Associates, where they quickly advanced to a clerk and acquired new customers. Following this role, Tolly joined AGR Fusionary as an Alpha Software Tester, where they tested front-end and back-end software solutions for production trading environments. Tolly also collaborated with developers and traders to gather requirements and create test plans.

Tolly then moved on to Trading Technologies, where they served as a Test Engineer and later as a Senior FIX Specialist. In the former role, they conducted manual and automated testing on the firm's FIX Adapter servers, including drop copy and order routing. In the latter role, they provided onboarding, development, and certification support to clients, ensuring the successful connection of their trading applications to the firm's trading systems.

After their time at Trading Technologies, Tolly joined Chicago Trading Company as a Senior Analyst. In this role, they performed manual and automated testing on the firm's electronic trading components, with a focus on trading front ends and exchange connectivity solutions.

Currently, Tolly is working at SmartPay Leasing as a Test Engineer, where they operate both manual and automated testing on the firm's web-based applications and API solutions. Tolly carries out testing in an agile environment, handling tasks such as new functionality testing, bug fix testing, and regression testing.

Tolly Tsiamas pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Arizona State University, which they completed from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they attained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from St Xavier University between 1993 and 1996.
