Rich Adams

Rich Adams, RS has a diverse work experience in the construction and property management industry. In 2004, they worked as a Customer Relations Manager at PulteGroup, where they managed warranty and quality assurance operations for multiple subdivisions. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Senior Estimator and Team Captain at Draeger Construction Inc, managing estimating and sales operations for various projects. Rich then worked as an Estimator at The G.B. Group, Inc. from 2010 to 2011, overseeing estimating and sales operations for design-build and re-construction projects. In 2012, they held the role of Project Manager and Estimator at Alaniz Construction, Inc. and later worked as a Consultant at CMA Consulting, assisting with construction defect investigations. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Project Manager and Senior Cost Estimator at B. Taylor Painting / Freestone Construction, managing painting and building repair projects.
