Sammy Kolt

Sammy Kolt has extensive work experience in various leadership and executive roles.

Starting in 1994, Sammy served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a Captain and Company Commander in Field Intelligence until 1999.

In 2003, Sammy worked as a Software Engineer at Smart IL, where they led the development of Instant Messaging solutions for enterprises.

From 2004 to 2013, Sammy held multiple roles at Oracle, including Solution Specialist Manager, Strategic Solution Specialist, Technical Account Manager, and Application Developer. During their time at Oracle, they managed teams, led pre-sales activities, and trained professionals on product messaging and implementation.

From 2010 to 2013, Sammy was the Senior Vice President of Applications at Profitect, where they focused on acquiring and maintaining customers, as well as driving the product vision and roadmap.

Sammy worked at Vista Equity Partners from 2013 to 2014 as a member of the Director of Strategic Programs academy. During this time, they developed and implemented strategic initiatives to improve revenue growth and company profitability.

At Aptean, Sammy held various roles from 2014 to 2022, including Director of Strategic Programs, Product Line Director, Senior Director of M&A Integration Operations, Vice President of Portfolio Operations, and Group Vice President of Enterprise Segment. In these roles, they were responsible for leading business operations, integration of acquired businesses, product portfolio management, and executive leadership.

In 2018, Sammy joined CentralSquare Technologies as the Vice President of Business Operations, where they led the merger integration and implementation of internal systems and processes.

Since February 2022, Sammy has been the Chief Product Officer at SmartSense by Digi.

Overall, Sammy Kolt has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills throughout their career.

Sammy Kolt attended Reichman University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Additionally, in July 2010, Sammy obtained certification as a Pragmatic Marketing Certified from Pragmatic Marketing.
