Steven Henderson Ma

Steven Henderson, MA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and vocational rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at SmartSense by Digi since October 2019, Steven has previously held roles as a Sr. Product Support Specialist and Solution Support Specialist. Prior to this, Steven worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of Indiana from February 2014 to May 2019, where responsibilities included evaluating clients, coordinating services, and consistently exceeding performance metrics. Earlier experience includes working as a Child and Adolescent Care Facilitator at Oaklawn, focusing on developing care plans and referrals for clients. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Andrews University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Holy Cross College.
