Connor Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as Team Manager for Technical Support at Smartsheet since January 2021, Connor has held various roles within the company, including Team Lead and Escalations Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Customer Service Agent at SYKES UK and a role as a Waiter at The Balmoral, a Rocco Forte Hotel.
