Michelle Toussaint

Michelle Toussaint is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Smartsheet since November 2022, Michelle previously held the role of Executive Assistant and Program Manager to the Founder and Chairman at Profit Mastery / Business Resource Services from April 2014 to November 2022. Prior to that, Michelle worked as a Project Manager at Reddbug and Cadence Preferred, and also contributed as a Certified Les Mills and Yoga Instructor while being the Area Program Director for Group Fitness at 425 Fitness from June 1999 to December 2012. Michelle's career began at Profit Mastery / Business Resource Services in August 1987, where responsibilities included Program Manager until December 2001. Michelle holds a degree in Human Anatomy/Kinesiology from Ashmead College and has furthered education at Shoreline Community College.
