Ryan Burleson

Ryan Burleson is the Director of Total Rewards at Smartsheet. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in global compensation and equity management. Prior to joining Smartsheet, Ryan was with TripAdvisor where they were responsible for compensation programs on a global basis. Ryan has also assisted in the design, creation, and execution of compensation committee board materials. Ryan is a strong partner with finance, legal and business development teams on relevant equity and compensation issues.

Ryan Burleson has a Bachelor of the Arts from the University of Washington in Politics and Economics. Ryan also has a Certification from Santa Clara University in Certified Equity Professional Designation.

Their manager is Megan Hansen, Chief People and Culture Officer. They work with and Jason TerAvest - Senior Director of Human Resources.
