Arshi Dutta

Arshi Dutta has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2011, they worked as an HR Executive Intern at Aegis Global for a brief period. In 2012, they joined Hanna Global Solutions as an HR Executive and worked there until 2014. Arshi then joined BBRC (Biocon-BMS R&D Center), Syngene International Limited in 2014 and held various roles within the HR department, progressing from an Executive to a Senior Executive, and finally as an Assistant Manager until 2022. Currently, Arshi works at smartShift as a Manager in the Human Resources department, starting in September 2022.

Arshi Dutta holds a Master's Degree in Psychology and HRDM, which they obtained from Christ University in Bangalore from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at the same university from 2008 to 2011, with a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and English. Arshi Dutta attended Welham Girls School from 2001 to 2008, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
