Mikky Sharma

Mikky Sharma has had extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. They worked as a Senior HR Manager at One Paper Lane starting in August 2019. Prior to that, Mikky was a Senior Technical Recruiter at smartShift Technologies from August 2018 onwards. Furthermore, they worked at ALTEN Calsoft Labs as a Senior Recruitment Executive from February 2015 onwards, where they were responsible for stakeholder engagement and senior-level hiring. Before that, Mikky was a Team Lead Recruitment at iNetFrame Technologies from July 2014 to January 2015. Lastly, they also held the position of Sr Client Service Executive/Lead Recruiter at Helios & Matheson from May 2010 to July 2014, working with various clients such as Tata Consultancy Services, IBM, Bank of America, and others.
