Praveen Palreddy

Praveen Palreddy has extensive work experience in various roles related to systems development, network labs, quality assurance, and advanced LTE systems.

Praveen joined SmartSky Networks in 2017 and has held multiple positions within the company. Praveen served as the Vice President of Systems Development and Integration in the Technology Development Group starting from March 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Network Labs and Integration from April 2021 to March 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Director of Network Labs and Quality Assurance from June 2017 to April 2021.

Before joining SmartSky Networks, Praveen worked at GTA-DCmobility-SmartSky Networks as a Lab Manager and Principal Engineer focused on advanced LTE systems from September 2015 to May 2017.

Praveen also gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Global Technology Associates, Client-Samsung from August 2011 to September 2015.

Earlier in their career, Praveen worked as an RF Engineer at Global Technology Associates, Client-Intel from December 2008 to August 2011. In this role, they focused on WiMAX interoperability, field and lab testing, and worked with Intel WiMAX/Wifi Embedded devices.

Prior to that, they worked as an Interoperability Test Engineer at Kelly Services, Client-Intel from August 2008 to December 2008.

Praveen started their career as a Network Software Test Engineer at Shubh Solutions, Client-Solectek from December 2007 to July 2008.

Praveen Palreddy completed a Certificate in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online in 2019. Prior to that, Praveen earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University in 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Praveen obtained a certification in Environmental Conditions & Test procedures For Airborne Equipment from RTCA, Inc. in December 2018. In October 2019, Praveen became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. Finally, in December 2019, Praveen achieved the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
