Pim Poll

Pim Poll has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pim began their career as a Customer Service Employee at Fellowes in 2005. Pim then worked at ING Car Lease in an administrative and rental services role until 2005. Pim joined Tristar Europe in 2007 and held several managerial positions in Sales Support, where they focused on implementing the corporate sales strategy and improving department processes. In 2016, they became the Project Director at Smartwares Group, responsible for coordinating and prioritizing corporate projects and process optimizations. Pim also served as the Operational Manager for Smartwares Germany and Director of Business Systems at Smartwares Group, where they oversaw IT, application, data, and project management. Overall, Pim has gained extensive experience in operational management, project coordination, and sales support.

In 1991, they completed their Matura degree in Economics at Institut Montana Zugerberg.

From 1999 to 2003, they attended Breda University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Leisure Management, with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

In 2010 to 2011, Pim studied at NCOI Opleidingen and acquired a Sales B Salesmanager degree in Sales.

In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Post Bachelor degree in Management as a new Challenge at Avans Plus.

In 2016, they attended Symbision Academy and completed the Prince 2 Foundation degree in Project management.
