Jakub Vlk

Jakub Vlk has extensive experience in aviation, currently holding senior positions at Smartwings since December 2010, including LTI/TRE B737 and Safety Officer roles, responsible for safety compliance and the management of the Safety Management System. Vlk also serves as a Type Rating Instructor at Czech Aviation Training Centre Ltd. since May 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Captain and First Officer for Sunwing Airlines, conducting flights under varying conditions in the Quebec region. Additionally, Vlk worked as an English examiner for ICAO English level examinations at Profilingua. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from London Metropolitan University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
