** This is an onsite, non-remote position in our Orem, UT office. **

What you’ll do: 

  • Have fun! Enjoy interacting with our customers and your coworkers.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of assigned products.

  • Identify target audiences and key roles for assigned products, and build associated buyer personas.

  • Identify industry verticals to target for lead generation.

  • Create value propositions and messaging for each target audience and vertical market.

  • Create marketing content for assigned products including: web pages and articles, whitepapers, slide decks, case studies, ebooks, webinars, ads, videos, etc.

  • Create sales enablement tools.

  • Identify, prepare for, and attend trade shows relevant to your assigned products.

  • Track KPIs to determine the effectiveness of outreach and regularly report on results.

  • Regularly inform the marketing team of emerging marketing strategies and trends.

  • Maintain unity and consistency in Smarty brand image and messaging.

  • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

  • Stay current on the market and the competitive landscape for assigned products.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related industry experience.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a product marketing role.

  • You have a creative mindset and like having fun.

  • Comfortable presenting to large groups.

  • You have a knack for using data to demonstrate the effectiveness of your campaigns.

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

  • You’re not afraid to step out of your usual role and help where needed.
