Maureen Murphy

Maureen Murphy currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources, with direct responsibility for human resources operations, and recruiting. A seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience at SMA, Inc., Ms. Murphy has been instrumental in securing and developing the talent needed to support the Company’s growth with its core customers and expansion into

new markets. She serves as a member of the executive leadership team providing strategic guidance and policy development in the areas of change management, organizational development, human resources planning and compensation.

Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Child Development from San Diego State University.
