Edward Egan

Edward Egan is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in powerplant and engine management. Currently serving as VP Powerplant at SMBC Aviation Capital, previous roles include SVP Technical & Head of Engines at Shannon Technical Services and Powerplant Manager LAC at GECAS. Edward has also worked as a Technical Consultant for Parc Aviation and began their career as a Coop Student at Aer Lingus. Educationally, Edward holds an MSc in Gas Turbine Technology from Cranfield University and an Honors Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick.
