Tetsu Morishima

Tetsu Morishima currently serves as the Vice President of Pacific Rim Japanese Banking at BMO Commercial Bank since January 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Vice President at Manufacturers Bank since April 2021. At Manufacturers Bank, Tetsu Morishima successfully developed a mid-term strategic plan, managed a significant budget contributing to a 122% loan balance growth, and ensured regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager at SMBC Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. from October 2017 to March 2021, where Tetsu Morishima led international business strategies with notable profit and lending growth. Previously, Tetsu Morishima held senior roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from 2002 to 2017, managing the Asia Pacific Division and developing complex financial solutions.
