Mark Lapointe

Mark LaPointe currently serves as the Vice President of The Americas and Global Distribution at SMC Diode Solutions - Sangdest Microelectronics (Nanjing) Co. LTD., where responsibilities include defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the North American market and establishing distribution channels with top-tier distributors such as Digi-Key Electronics and Future Electronics. Prior experience includes roles as a Coach for Special Olympics New York, a Job Coach at Maryhaven Center of Hope, and Director of Sales & Marketing at Central Semiconductor and Zetex, where a track record of developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans was established. Mark LaPointe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Barry University, earned between 1995 and 1997.
