Glen Griffin is an experienced Project Director and Project Manager at SMEI Projects since January 2008, successfully overseeing contract execution from kick-off to hand-over while managing risks and opportunities and liaising with clients. With a background as a Project Engineer at SMEI Projects, Glen has managed contracts valued between R 10m and R 150m in the structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation fields. Previously, Glen served as a Design Engineer at DSB Consulting Engineers, specializing in building wet services design.
