Emma Dean currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at SMG since August 2020, having previously held the role of Capability & People Development Director. Prior to this, Emma Dean had an extensive career at Capture from October 2009 to August 2020, where responsibilities progressed from Client Associate to Group Client Director. In these roles, Emma Dean focused on senior client management, campaign planning, and execution in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. Earlier experience includes a position as a Drama Specialist - Activity Leader at ISIS Education and Travel in mid-2009. Emma Dean holds a BA in English and Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London, earned between 2006 and 2009, and completed GCSE and A levels at Invicta Grammar School from 1999 to 2006.
