Anthony Acquah has extensive work experience in the field of IT and customer support. Anthony started their career in 2008 at Infratech Ghana Limited as a Transmission Engineer and later joined Ericsson as a Transmission Support Engineer in 2011. In 2014, they worked at Surfline Communications, initially as an Enterprise Network Engineer and then as an IT Service Delivery and Governance Officer. In 2018, they joined Trilogy as a Customer Applications Support Engineer, where they worked remotely until 2022. Currently, they are working at SMG - Service Management Group as a Support Associate, starting in 2023.
Anthony Acquah received their post-graduate certificate in Business Administration from the University of South Wales between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi from 2002 to 2006. Anthony Acquah completed their secondary education at Prempeh College in Kumasi, Ghana, from 1999 to 2001.
