Ariel Mull

Ariel Mull has a diverse work experience in the field of design. From 2016 to the present, they have been working at SMG - Service Management Group, where they have held multiple roles. Currently, Ariel is the Product UX Manager, responsible for managing the user experience of the company's products. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Product UX Designer, where they played a key role in the design and improvement of the company's reporting platform and internal supporting tools. Before that, they worked as a User Experience Designer, responsible for designing the client-facing smg360 platform, internal tools, and text analytics products. Ariel also worked as an Associate User Experience Designer, leading the building of a design system and delivering prototypes and designs to development teams. Prior to joining SMG, Ariel worked as a Contract Graphic Designer, where they updated the look and feel of a reporting website and produced content for RFPs and mobile platform enhancements. In addition to their design experience, Ariel also served as an Assistant Varsity Softball Coach at Mill Valley High School. They also worked as a Designer at Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More, a Freelance Designer at CR Promotions Company, a Graphic Designer at Front Flip, and a Graphic Designer at Perceptive Software.

Ariel Mull attended The University of Kansas from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. In 2014, they also attended Hochschule Trier, studying Kommunikationsdesign. However, it is not specified when their studies at Hochschule Trier ended.
