Jess Bryant

Jess Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jess began their career as a Resident Advisor/Program Assistant at Columbia University, where they organized cultural excursions and ran community outreach programs. Jess then worked as a Clerk at the University of Michigan before joining the Michigan Works! Association as a Team Lead, where they created and developed presentations and workshops for youth on job acquisition and job readiness skills.

Afterwards, Jess worked at Hertz as a Manager Trainee, providing customer service, upselling services, and expanding sales efforts. Jess then joined Wichita State University as a College Access Advisor, where they instructed students in college access workshops and collaborated with foster care agencies and schools to recruit students for the program.

Jess later transitioned to Park University as an Admissions Counselor, where they recruited and nurtured students through the enrollment process and planned recruitment events. Jess then joined SMG - Service Management Group, first as an Account Analyst, where they conducted data analysis and worked on client relationships and objectives. Jess then became a Project Manager, followed by a Client Success Manager, where they served as the main contact for client projects and recommended program improvements. Currently, Jess works as a Senior Technical Writer at SMG, preparing and maintaining technical documentation.

Jess Bryant attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
