Sean Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sean began their career at Stone Temple Consulting as a Part Time Intern in 2011. In 2012, they joined Startup Branding as a Project Manager, where they conducted research, developed brand positions, redesigned brand imagery, and created websites for startup clients. In 2013, they joined Proof. as a Brand Strategist, specializing in evaluating and measuring customer emotions, motivations, and preferences. In 2016, they transitioned to SMG - Service Management Group, starting as an Account Manager and working their way up to Associate Director and currently serves as the Director of Client Insights. At SMG, they partner with global brands, gathers data, delivers insights, and leads strategic decision-making at the executive level. Sean's work experience showcases their expertise in client insights, brand strategy, and providing valuable marketing solutions for businesses.

Sean Kelly completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing with a concentration in Information Systems from The University of Kansas in the period from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained the Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) certification from Forrester in May 2020.
