Zoe McBride

Director, Client Insights at SMG

Zoe McBride has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zoe began their career as a Campaign Caller at Newnham College, University of Cambridge in 2010. Zoe later worked as an Archaeologist at Gerry Martin Associates Ltd and Phoenix Exhumations Ltd in the same year. In 2011, Zoe served as a Research Assistant at Benchmark Search Group. Zoe then joined The CGI Group in 2012 as a CT Scan Coordinator.

In 2013, Zoe became an Account Manager at BMS Recruitment Ltd, a role they held until 2015. During this time, they also worked as a Key Account Manager at BMS Performance - Sales Division from 2015 to 2017. Zoe then transitioned to a National Account Manager position at BMS Performance in 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Zoe worked as an Account Manager at SMG - Service Management Group. Zoe was later promoted to Senior Account Manager until December 2021. In 2022, they became a Senior Insights Manager at the same company. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Client Insights at SMG - Service Management Group, where they utilize an experience management (XM) approach to drive value for clients and transform the way they act on customer and employee insights.

Zoe McBride attended Cedars Upper School from 2002 to 2007, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. After completing high school, they went on to attend the University of Cambridge from 2007 to 2010. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Archaeology and Anthropology. Continuing their education, Zoe joined UCL from 2011 to 2012 and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Forensic Archaeological Science.
