Steve Higginbotham has extensive experience in executive roles within various companies. Steve started their career at Concentra in 1994, where they served as the Vice President of Operations. In this position, they were responsible for the operating performance and leadership of the western region's health services business. Steve also oversaw the specialty business unit and hospital ED relationships across the country.
In 2007, Higginbotham joined McLaren Health Care as the Vice President of Practice Management & Development. Here, they had oversight of all employed physicians and surgeons, business partnerships and affiliations, marketing-communication department, public relations, recruiting, physician relations, and Ingham Regional Healthcare Foundation.
In 2009, they moved to Lifestyle Lift as President & CEO. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities of the management services organization contracted with 75 facial plastic surgery locations. Steve managed administrative support, billing & collections, clinical operations support, information technology, marketing & advertising, legal counsel, accounting, and call center support.
In 2015, Higginbotham took on the role of President & COO at Aeroscena. At Smile America Partners, they became the Chief Executive Officer in November 2015.
