María Jesús C. has had a varied work experience since 2016. María Jesús began as a teacher of English and French at Tronwell, a language institute. In the same year, they were hired by the public relations, protocol and services agency, Ceremonial Meeting, as an interpreter and public relations representative for foreign business delegations visiting Santiago de Chile. In 2018, they worked as a commercial executive at Holiday Inn Express Chile & Buenos Aires, where they were responsible for capturing new customers and closing business deals. In 2019, they worked as a Community Manager and Customer Care at Huakai, where they were responsible for managing the travel community, creating content for social media, and recruiting and selecting coordinators for the agency's trips. In 2021, they joined Blue Finance Ibérica SL as a Customer Care Support, where they were responsible for onboarding new customers and related collection processes. Finally, in 2022, they joined SmileandLearn as a Business Development and Customer Success Representative, where they provided commercial pedagogical advice for the capture and follow-up of customers and partners at a national and international level. María Jesús also supported the Happy Schools team, whose goal was to improve customer satisfaction (schools and families) through the resolution of incidents, support and continuous follow-up.

María Jesús C. has a Master's degree in Communication and Public Affairs from the Universidad Europea, which they completed in 2020. María Jesús also holds a degree in Translation/Interpretation in Foreign Languages from the Universidad de Concepción, which they completed in 2016.
