Avani Shah

Avani Shah, BDS, DMD, has a diverse range of work experience in the dental field. Avani began their career as a Rotating Intern at Government Dental College and Hospital Mumbai in 2009. After completing their internship, they worked as a General Dentist at Ceramco Dental Clinic in India from 2010 to 2012. Avani then continued their education and obtained their DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where they served as a Student Doctor from 2014 to 2016. Following their academic pursuits, Avani gained practical experience as an Associate General Dentist at West Covina Family Dentistry for a brief period in 2016. Avani then worked as a Senior Associate Dentist at Bright Now! Dental from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Avani holds the position of Lead Dentist at Smile Brands Inc., which they have held since 2018.

Prior to that, they completed their BDS degree in Dentistry from Government Dental College and Hospital Mumbai in 2009. Avani also attended Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce and Economics from 2002 to 2004, where they completed their High School degree with a focus on Science. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPR from AHA and Invisalign from Align Technology in 2016.
