Drea Decker

Drea Decker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the orthodontics and dental industry. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at Smile Doctors since March 2025 and as the owner of Colby's Candies, a family business specializing in freeze-dried candy and treats since November 2023, Drea has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a strong background in management. Previous roles include Manager of Integrations at myOrthos, Regional Director of Orthodontics and Area Manager at PepperPointe Partnerships, and various positions at White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics, where Drea worked for nearly two decades. Early career experience includes a role as Concierge Supervisor at Marriott International. Drea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
