Tiffany Fitzpatrick

Tiffany Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Tiffany started their career as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education sector at Eyears LTD in 2011 and worked there until 2015. Tiffany then joined Harvey Nash as a Recruitment Consultant HR from 2015 to 2016. Tiffany returned to Eyears LTD in 2016 and held multiple roles, including New Business Development Manager, Director, and Regional Manager until 2022. Tiffany worked at Smile Education as the North West Director Resourcer & Researcher from 2023 onwards. Throughout their career, Tiffany has demonstrated expertise in advertising, screening, selection, onboarding, and managing contracts for education staff, including teachers and support staff.
