Muhammad Nazar

Muhammad Nazar is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Senior Manager at Smile Telecoms Holdings Limited since July 2017, contributing to one of Africa's largest telecommunications networks. Prior to this role, Muhammad held the position of Head of Finance for the DRC Operation at Nyumba Ya Akiba SA, overseeing a significant $270 million project to address the cement supply crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Muhammad's career also includes roles as Manager Accounts at Oil World Pvt Ltd and Assistant Manager Accounts at Askari Guards (Pvt) Limited. Academically, Muhammad holds multiple qualifications including CPA from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CMA from the CIMA, and has passed CFA Level 1 from the CFA Institute, alongside an ACCA designation.
