Satyam Tripathi has a diverse work experience in various companies. Satyam currently works as an Operations Manager at Dezy (Smiles.ai) - Dental, made easy, overseeing the end-to-end operations of Bangalore city and serving as the main point of contact between the ground operations team and the central team. Satyam also coordinates with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve real-time escalations and operational challenges.

Previously, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at upGrad, where they contributed to the company's business development efforts for a brief period.

Before that, Satyam worked as a Business Development Executive at Unacademy, where they were responsible for briefing learners and parents about the programs, counseling students on learning methodologies, setting up demos and online meetings, and updating relevant information on company platforms.

Satyam also gained experience as a Sales Floor Associate and later as a Senior Sales Associate at Flynote, where they specialized in lead qualification from various marketing channels and conducted induction sessions for new hires.

Satyam's work experience also includes their role as a Senior Business Relationship Manager at Meesho, where they established and maintained relationships with staff and exclusive suppliers. Satyam successfully resolved issues faced by exclusive suppliers and managed to improve their quality and performance.

Satyam Tripathi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass communication from Doon Business School, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they completed a certification in HR Bootcamp - Exploratory Data Analysis from upGrad in February 2021.
