Mark Smith serves as the General Manager at Smith & Co Recruitment since October 2022, overseeing a rapidly growing team of 15 members focused on exceptional customer service and quality candidate screening. Prior to this role, Mark held positions in Business Development and Account Management at ARG Workforce from July 2019 to October 2022, and at Workforce Solutions from April 2014 to June 2019.
