Karen Friedman is a seasoned business communications expert and Chief Improvement Officer at Karen Friedman Enterprises, Inc. since November 1996. An accomplished author, Karen has penned the best-selling book 'Shut Up and Say Something' and 'Ordinary People: Extraordinary Lessons.'
