Heather Everett

Heather Everett is the current Human Resources Director at SMITH GARDENS, INC. Heather has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources field.

Heather started their career in 2002 as an HR Coordinator at Sound Transit. In 2004, they moved to PeaceHealth where they worked as a Benefits/Recruiter/HR Consultant. In 2008, they joined CH2M HILL as an HR Delivery Partner and held that position for six years. In 2014, they left CH2M HILL to become the HR Manager at Matrix Service. Heather held that position for one year before moving to their current role as HR Manager at General Dynamics Land Systems in 2015.

Heather Everett has a certificate in human resources from the University of Washington and a B.S. in environmental studies from Western Washington University. Heather also has certification from SHRM in SHRM-CP.

They work with Steve Veeneman - Horticulture Director, Peter Rempp - Facilities Director, and Michael Vario - Distribution Director. Heather Everett reports to Eric Smith, CEO.
