Stefanie Kluba is a seasoned professional with experience in client relations and operations management across various industries. Prior to this, Stefanie worked as a Box Office Manager at Live Nation Entertainment, where responsibilities included managing ticket issues, building shows, hiring seasonal employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stefanie also held the position of Assistant Store Manager at Motherhood Maternity, focusing on customer service, operations, and sales strategies. Earlier in the career, Stefanie was an Operations Manager at Aeropostale, overseeing customer service, shipment processing, and financial breakdowns. Stefanie holds a Master's degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Southeast Missouri State University.
