Tim Hess

Tim Hess is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client success, technical writing, graphic design, and client advocacy. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Title365 since September 2021, Tim previously held the position of Technical Writer at Title365 National Solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Graphic Designer at Xome and an Associate Graphic Designer at Assurant, where responsibilities also encompassed audit and internal investigations, as well as client advocacy.
