Natasha Berry

Natasha Berry serves as the Vice President of Global Inclusive Culture, Diversity, & Equity at Smith+Nephew since July 2020, where responsibilities include defining, leading, and deploying the global Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Culture strategy. Previously, Natasha held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Smith+Nephew's Orthopaedic division, reporting to both the CHRO and the President of the division. Prior roles include Executive Leader and VP Lead HR Business Partner for ABB's Electrification US M&S Business, Senior Director of Human Resources for ServiceMaster, and various positions at GE Power & Water, culminating in a role as Senior Human Resource Business Partner. Natasha holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Florida State University.
