Zeljko Gavranovic

Zeljko "Z" Gavranovic is an accomplished leader in the medical device and sales industry, currently serving as US Regional Vice President of Robotics at Smith+Nephew since August 2019, following roles as Area Vice President and Regional Manager in Robotics. Prior experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager at MicroPort Orthopedics, where Zeljko achieved 110% of quota and drove 18% growth across 15 western US states. Zeljko co-founded Asperio Labs, leading sales strategy and significantly increasing testing volume, and established Medical Sales Consultants as Principal Cofounder. Earlier roles include Territory Sales Manager at Stryker, achieving substantial sales growth and receiving the 2012 President’s Award, and as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Merck. Zeljko holds an MBA from Ottawa University and a BS from Wabash College.
