Alex Smith

As a senior member of the executive management team, Alex plays a unique role in the day-to-day operation of the company by mentoring those around him in a variety of business disciplines that he has used over the years in both his education and professional endeavors. Prior to starting his career here at Smith, Alex attended Brookhaven Community College where he earned his Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences later transferring to the University of North Texas where he focused his studies in the field of Kinesiology.

In addition to his education achievements, Alex is a very active member with organizations such as ASIS, Associated Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas (A.S.S.I.S.T), and the NTCC (North Texas Crime Commission). Because of his diverse background and desire to take life’s challenges head-on, Alex is dedicated to improving Smith’s Business Development training program so that the services that they sell to their client base are not only rooted in sound business theory, but are also proven to be effective in the field through Smith’s excellence of execution attitude.

At the forefront of their Business Development team, Alex works with all of Smith’s Business Development Managers ensuring that they are listening to their client’s concerns, addressing those needs by offering the most technological advanced services that will help them achieve their individual security goals, which in turn helps build a stronger long-term business relationship. Alex’s dedication to his team, their company, and to their industry are paramount in leading Smith into its next century of service.
