Dustin Guarnere, M.A., is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Cigna since August 2020, Dustin has successfully overseen the creation of training programs for Cigna's Medicare operations, developed eLearning modules, and improved compliance reporting system utilization by 90%. Previously, Dustin held the position of Learning & Quality Manager at Sonova Group, where program initiatives led to significant increases in sales and improvements in onboarding processes. Prior consulting roles included organizational development services for small businesses and government clients, with a focus on training needs assessments and process improvements. Dustin holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
