Tom Walsh

Tom Walsh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career at Profiles, Incorporated in 1994 as the Director of Manufacturing, where they remained until 2000. Tom then joined Torrington Bearing Company, Ingersoll Rand, where they held positions such as Automotive Division Quality Professional and Lean Manufacturing Manager. In 2003, they became an Operations Management Consultant at Yomo Consulting for four years before joining Smith & Wesson in 2007. At Smith & Wesson, they have held multiple roles, including Business Unit Manager, Director of Quality, Manufacturing Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Procurement since August 2020.

Tom Walsh earned a BBA in Operations Management and Economics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 1994. Tom later pursued an MBA from the same institution, graduating in 2001.
